Faith, Fellowship, and Fun
Youth Group (YG) is St. Peter’s ministry for all teens in high school (9th-12th grade). It’s a space for youth to become more involved in their faith in a fun environment. Youth are welcome to attend any of our events, especially our Wednesday night gatherings.
Youth Group meetings
Wednesdays @ 6:15pm, Youth Ministry Room
Wednesday night YG include activities focused on how to live your faith, fellowship with other Catholic youth and opportunities for quiet prayer and reflection. Games and activities are used to help youth connect to their faith, learn Catholic theology, and spend time with fellow Catholics for the glory of God. YG MEETS YEAR-ROUND, including during summer and winter breaks!
Youth Leaders
Our Youth Leaders help lead and plan YG activities while modeling discipleship for their peers. YLs is an excellent opportunity for service, and we encourage youth to pray about becoming a Youth Leader. Youth Leader training is offered approximately 2x per year. Contact Claire for more information.
Other YG Activities
Other YG activities focus on faith, service, and fun throughout the year and include service opportunities, retreats, and social and fellowship activities. See calendar and newsletters for more info.
Keep in Touch!
YG uses a texting service and regular emails to update our youth and their families on our activities. Youth and their families are responsible for making sure they are receiving our texts and emails.
