Thank You, Thank You, THANK YOU!!! The turkeys for Thanksgiving are done! We had some incredible Volunteers donate their time over the last several days. The Volunteers were certainly the model of efficiency. Just what did we do? Well ... In the span of 5 days, 96 turkeys were cooked and deboned. That is 1850.4 lbs of raw turkey, yielding roughly 610lbs of deboned turkey, giving us over 2,400 4oz servings We actually had a large number of Volunteers help with the
