Five-O-Plus Club

The Five-0-Plus Club began in 1988 for people fifty years and older to gather in the spirit of faith, fellowship and fun.  We welcome you to attend our monthly luncheon/meetings usually held in Neglia Hall. These are always held the first Wednesday of each month, September through June.

Luncheons are a "bring a dish to share" event and sometimes we have a guest speaker or another planned activity. In October we usually have a cook out at a local park and have our meeting there. During the year we often eat at a restaurant and hold our meeting there, or have outings to an interesting location. Past outings have included the Mepkin Abbey nativity scene exhibition or the Billy Graham library.

Our goal is to promote Christian values, help the school and parish and support each other. We collect toiletries for the homeless during the year and in December we assemble 100 bags to be distributed by the St. Vincent de Paul Society at the annual Christmas dinner for the less fortunate.

We are always looking for new members and welcome anyone to come to the luncheon and check us out and make some new friends.
