Register for 2020-2021 Youth and Child Religious Education
The Saint Peter's Faith Formation Office is preparing for a new program year for youth and child formation. So that we may adequately prepare we request that you register as soon as possible.

There are a number of ways to register and submit fees for Faith Formation. To the right (on mobile, see below) you will find a link to the registration form.

  1. You may print the document, fill it out and return the completed form by US Postal Service (The Basilica of Saint Peter, 1529 Assembly Street, Columbia, S.C. 29201) OR 

  2. Put the form in an envelope marked Religious Education/Youth Ministry and place in the collection basket at any one of the Masses.

  3. Scan the completed document and email it to Cecelia Donato at

Tuition payment

It is important to note that religious education/youth ministry fees pay for supplies, books, activities, catechist training resources, and building maintenance. Fees may be paid by cash, check or electronically, through the link on the right (on mobile, see below).

If you are unable to pay the full amount at the time of registration, there is an option to spread the amount over the Religious Education year. Please indicate this on your registration form.
