Friday, December 8th is the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a holy day of obligation. We'll celebrate three Masses: 8:30 AM, 12 PM, and 6:00 PM (a bilingual Mass).
The evening Mass will be followed by our 2nd Annual Immaculate "Consumption" Chili Cookoff! Contact Barbara Remack by Tuesday, December 5th, to enter your chili in the competition: barbara@visitstpeters.org Bring a pot of chili to share and be entered in the cookoff! Otherwise, bring something else to share: a dessert, salad, or chili fixin's (shredded cheese, sour cream, diced onions, corn bread, rolls & butter, crackers, etc). Attendees will vote for their favorite chili and the winner will receive a PRIZE!
Tuesday, December 12th, is the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. We'll celebrate Mass in Spanish at 6 PM, followed in Neglia Hall by a celebration of the Empress of the Americas!
