Precious Cargo

So many children come into the Foster Care system with few belongings of their own. Precious Cargo gives dignity to the children by providing them a duffle bag filled with basic life necessities they can call their own. By providing new items we are showing them they are worthy and cared for the same as other children. The bag has basic hygiene items, school supplies, a stuffed animal and a blanket. The bags are prepared based on three age group categories: birth- 2 years; 3-11 years; 12 years and up. SCYAP (SC Youth Advocate Program) serves approximately 45-50 children per month and are located all over the state. Filled or empty duffel bags are welcomed as well.
