It's Advent. Come Home.

Advent begins on Sunday, November 27th. Have you been away? God is calling you to come near to Him! Join the Saint Peter's family as we make this brief season of waiting intentional, prayerful, and fruitful.

Come to Mass on November 27th and get a FREE devotional calendar for your family to follow through the season! We're also giving away Chris Stefanick's Joy to the World book of Advent meditations!

We'll celebrate two special feasts during Advent, too!

Thursday, December 8th is the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a holy day of obligation. We'll celebrate three Masses: 8:30 AM, 12 PM, and 6:00 PM (a bilingual Mass).

The evening Mass will be followed by a chili cookoff! Bring a pot of chili to share and be entered in the cookoff! Otherwise, bring something else to share: a dessert, salad, or chili fixin's (shredded cheese, sour cream, diced onions, corn bread, rolls & butter, crackers, etc). Attendees will vote for their favorite chili and the winner will receive a PRIZE! Contact Barbara Remack to assist the Hospitality Committee with this fun parish event: barbara@visitstpeters.org

Monday, December 12th, is the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. We'll celebrate Mass in Spanish at 6:30 PM, followed in Neglia Hall by a celebration of the Empress of the Americas!
